1. How do I get a copy of a fire or EMS report?

For fire and EMS reports, a written request is required. Provide a name, address, date, and time (if known). All EMS reports must have a patient consent release signed prior to obtaining the report. Requests may be faxed to (907) 835-3420. Usually, reports can be made available within 24 hours after your request.

2. What is the cost for ambulance service?

• Basic Life Support Services - $350


• Advanced Life Support Services - $450


• Additional Mileage Charge - $5 per mile
