Rejuvenate your day through this low-impact wellness activity designed to help improve balance, flexibility, strength, mental focus, breathing capacity and vitality. Instructor, Donna Lane, will walk you through a series of movements, stretches and breathing techniques, shown to provide health benefits to all ages and abilities.
Sticks and instruction provided.
